Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FrameFlux Studio and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by FrameFlux ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service is not intended for use by minors.

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the Service or other users.

FrameFlux offers the following plans:

• Free: Limited to 2 saved photo projects and 2 saved video projects. Core studio access included at no charge.
• Creator ($7.99/month): Unlimited saved projects, full solo operator workflow, template access, custom backgrounds, transitions, and brand kit tools.
• Pro ($19.99/month): Everything in Creator plus multi-track timeline, priority export handling, and advanced brand asset tools.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in USD and subject to change with advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and subject to their terms and policies.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the Service, including projects, media assets, brand kits, and templates ("Your Content").

By using the Service, you grant FrameFlux a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and use Your Content in connection with the Service and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our express written consent
• Share account access with others or resell access to the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice if we determine a violation has occurred.

The Service, including its interface, design, code, templates, motion presets, and all related intellectual property, are owned by FrameFlux or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use FrameFlux's trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

Built-in templates provided by FrameFlux are licensed for your use within the Service. They may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed outside of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be available at any particular time, or that any errors will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRAMEFLUX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAMEFLUX'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FRAMEFLUX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FrameFlux and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature if available. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive any termination.

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time without liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against FrameFlux.
